OBJECTIVES:
This conference will enable the learner to:
- Measure customer satisfaction and evaluate The Rogosin Institute’s “customer-friendly” policies
- Learn to handle the five most common patient complaints
- Turn unhappy patients into ICH-CAHPS rating Excellent patients
- Master communication techniques, including specific words and phrases to use and which to avoid
- Project a professional, friendly image in face-to-face patient service situations and on the telephone
- Explain the fundamentals of diversity in the workplace
- Identify the effects of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- List what each generation wants and needs from each other
- Strengthen communication skills to improve understanding and inclusion across cultures
- Recognize what we can learn from each other
