W.K. Kellogg Foundation Grants The Rogosin Institute $300K for Programs to Improve Health Outcomes in Mississippi Delta
The Rogosin Institute (Rogosin) announced receiving a $300,000 grant from The W. K. Kellogg Foundation for programs in the Delta region of Mississippi. The grant focuses on creating an educational and professional development pathway for emerging healthcare professionals while engaging local communities to take more responsibility for their own health to improve the overall health, access to care, and quality of life of the vulnerable children and families within them. Full Story »

Rogosin Institute has new collaboration with Hebrew Home at Riverdale for patients and residents to receive Peritoneal Dialysis.
The Rogosin Institute (Rogosin) and the Hebrew Home at Riverdale (Hebrew Home) are collaborating to provide peritoneal dialysis training and nephrology medical management for the residents and rehabilitation patients at Hebrew Home. This is the first time residents and patients of Hebrew Home will have peritoneal dialysis training and services available on site. Rogosin and Hebrew Home are both members of NewYork Presbyterian Healthcare System. Full Story »

The Rogosin Institute is bringing dialysis closer to home for patients who need it by opening a new dialysis center in Auburndale, Queens. Basketball stars Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets and Ronnie Brewer of the Chicago Bulls are joining forces with The Rogosin Institute to get the word out about three of the most prevalent health problems of Americans: diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity – and the risks that they pose for kidney disease. First NY–to–LA Living-Donor Transplant Chain Results in Three Lifesaving Kidney Transplants at UCLA
