The Institute is a unique and dynamic combination of the highest quality patient care and innovative, world-class medical research.  We are a proud affiliate of The NewYork Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College and a member of the NewYork- Presbyterian Healthcare System.  Our physicians, nurses, scientists, and administrative staff commit themselves every day to helping our patients and to participating in groundbreaking research that we believe will significantly improve the prevention and treatment of diseases in the future.

We treat our patients as we ourselves would want to be treated.  Our patients are not simply our clients.  They are, in fact, our partners in a mission of improving health and quality of life for as many people as possible in the United States and worldwide. Our mission and high standards in care and research make Rogosin an exciting place to be. Our patients benefit greatly from this approach, and our entire staff finds the Institute a stimulating and very rewarding place to work.  I myself count it a special privilege to be part of the Institute team.  The Institute is a place where medical care can be practiced as it should be. One can’t do better than that!

Rogosin provides a broad spectrum of treatment programs in kidney disease (including dialysis and transplantation), diabetes, hypertension, cancer and lipid (cholesterol) control. Our physicians are leaders in their fields of expertise.  Our nurses and nurse practitioners are the very best! Most importantly, our attention to patient care is unsurpassed.  This is a tribute to all our staff.

Our aim is to be best of the best, not for ourselves, but for the sake of our patients. We are proud that US News and World Report ranked NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s kidney program (of which we are a major part) #3 in the entire country in 2007.  This ranking recognizes the outstanding treatment we provide, but we are working to be even better.  As I said, we want to be the best of the best!
